John Bowes a Persuasive Argument!
Hedworthfield Primary, South Tyneside
Pupils at Hedworthfield Primary School in South Tyneside became art critics and had to use their knowledge and their powers of persuasion to convince the great John Bowes (brought back from the grave virtually!) to include their favourite pieces of art in his ‘new’ Bowes Museum.
Laing Art Gallery and ‘The Bard’
Backworth Primary, North Tyneside
Backworth Primary School in North Tyneside enhanced their visit to the Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle by the use of VC. This project included an interactive cross –curricular exploration of the painting ‘The Bard’ as a pre-visit stimulus.
