The exhibition is the largest ever of Leonardo da Vinci's studies of the human body. Leonardo has long been recognised as one of the great artists of the Renaissance, but he was also a pioneer in the understanding of human anatomy. He intended to publish his ground-breaking work in a treatise on anatomy, and had he done so his discoveries would have transformed European knowledge of the subject. But on Leonardo's death in 1519 the drawings remained a mass of undigested material among his private papers and their significance was effectively lost to the world for almost 400 years. Everyone Matters has been produced to raise awareness of the problems of homophobic bullying in schools. Developed in partnership with the Metropolitan Police and Wandsworth and Waltham Forest local authorities, these resources feature role play scenarios to challenge both students and teachers to reflect on their own attitudes to this form of bullying. The Romans in London10 May 2012 LGfL is has created a comprehensive resource about the Romans in London. The project has been created in partnership with Jenny Hall, former senior curator of the Roman section at the Museum of London, who helped secure access to the key Roman remains in the City of London and access to artefacts in the Museum of London Archaeological Archive.
