Plan

The students will be well aware of the sort of stickers given out from people with collecting tins in the high street. They should therefore be able to describe the sort of stickers they have seen and those they could design themselves.

The students should design a sticker (flag) for any flag day of their choice. They may select and existing charity but will need to redesign the logo or make one up of their own.

The students should restrict the colours that they use to a maximum of three or four because of cost implications.

The charity name should be clearly visible, if the design makes this necessary.

The students should produce a final design from a number of preliminary sketches and then copy the drawing a number of times.

If possible the sticker may be copied or scanned a couple of times to make a mini sheet of them.
