SENSwitcher uses a very simple, quick to learn menu system for each of
the fifteen sections.

The Colour Selector From here you can select both the foreground and background colours for the chosen activities. Colour have been chosen to allow for high contrast combinations to maximise accessiblilty for those with visual impairment or colour vision deficit.. Activity Order Use these two buttons to select the order in which the the chosen activities will be presented. Select from either Sequential (one after the other) or Random (let the computer choose). Animation Length Use the slider to set the length of time each animation will run. Animation length can be set from five to twenty seconds. Pop Up Length Use the slider to set the length of time the pop up activation prompt will be displayed on the screen. Popup length can be set from one to eight seconds. This option is only available on timed activation levels. Activities Selector Click to select or deselect any of the activities within the section. Activities will play according to the activity order setting. The User Interface This is the SENSwitcher main user menu for a timed activation level. From here you can select both foreground and background colours, animation and popup length, choose specific activities and decide the order in which they are presented. |
In addition to the options listed above, both the Targeting and Scanning levels have a facility to control object and scanning speed. These options are fully described in those sections.
