Travelling - To link 2 or more methods of travelling together (i.e. a sequence)

Jumping - Jump in different directions over a hoop or rope etc.

Balance - Hold a balance position on a piece of apparatus above floor level.

Swinging - Swing and land safely with control.

Rolling - Backward roll.

Climbing - Climb ladder/wall bars showing an awareness of safety and using a good grip.
