Downloading and installing the stand alone PC version

SENSwitcher has been developed utilising the latest in Internet based multimedia technology. The program is written using Macromedia Flash 5 and is capable of delivering high quality graphics and animation over the Internet with a standard 56.6kbs modem. To achieve this the program requires a Flash 5 plug in to be installed into your web browser. Most new computers already have this small program installed or it can be installed directly from the Internet by clicking on the Macromedia Logo below.

However on some older computers or those without a connection to the Internet this program may not be installed and as a result, SENSwitcher will not run. The following version of SENSwitcher includes a special setup program which will check for and install the plug in program if necessary on those computers.

To install the stand alone version of SENSwitcher you must download all five archives to your computer's hard disk then unzip each of them to a separate blank formatted floppy disk.
To install the program on a stand alone PC follow this procedure;

1. Insert the first disk of the set into the computer.
2. Click the [START] button and select RUN.
3. Type the following into the open window. A:/setup.exe and click OK.
4. Follow all on screen prompts, changing disks as requested.
5. When the setup is complete you will be prompted to 'Launch Program File', ensure the box is ticked by clicking it with the mouse and click FINISH.
6. Select your countries language from the list and click the OK button to install the Flash 5 plug in.
7. Follow all on screen prompts to complete the installation of SENSwitcher.

You can now load and run SENSwitcher by locating the SENSwitcher folder on your computer's hard disk and double clicking off-line_index.htm
