15. Can move from concrete to abstract
16. Recognises deeper significance in a story or file
17. Good judgement, logical

19. A keen and alert observer
20. Musical/Artistic - original, imaginative, creative
21. Has a keen sense of humour/ Appreciates verbal puns, jokes, sees humour in the unusual
22. Shows exceptional ability to express him/her self - verbally fluent, outstanding vocabulary

This is a list of characteristics which may be displayed by an exceptionally able child. If only one or two of these points are applicable, the child is worthy of further consideration for the Register.
